Here at Pearl Natural Oils, we understand that our customers want to receive their orders with little fuss but with maximum efficiency. In light of this, we aim to dispatch all orders from our website within one day of orders being received. We also make an effort to dispatch all 'Next Day' orders up to 12pm on the same day, although it’s not uncommon for us to dispatch orders later than that time.
Our products are shipped with either Royal Mail on a non- tracked 48 hour service or on a 48 hour tracked service (including free SMS and email tracking) for larger parcels (2-5kg typically). Our largest parcels are shipped with FedEX on a tracked 24 hour delivery service.
We send our products all over the world, and international orders are shipped with Royal Mail (parcels up to 2kg), DPD, DHL or Parcel Force depending on the size of your order and location. Delivery times depend on your location, but delivery to mainland Europe is normally fulfilled in 3-5 working days. If our website does not currently accommodate your delivery location, please contact us and we will do our best to source a delivery option for you.
Larger orders/pallet orders - We regularly send out larger orders on small and large pallets to the UK and all over Europe. If you or your business is considering purchasing any of our products in bulk, please contact us as we can offer you very competitive product and shipping prices.
Shipping costs are calculated on a country by country basis and we only charge the actual shipping costs given to us by the courier companies– we do not make money on shipping! Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products that we sell, we cannot send orders over 2kg by Air Mail. The vast majority of orders are transported overland by road or transported by sea freight.
Packaging - We pride ourselves on packaging our products in specially designed boxes to fit our products perfectly. We only use UN grade bottles with child-proof caps (CPC) or tins with dust seals to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. If on the rare occasion that damage does occur during transit, just let us know and we will resolve the issue for you.
